Meet Leana Fujikawa

(B) / KAIVE Group

Leana Fujikawa (B), Principal Broker of KAIVE Group (formerly 리나 부동산), has lived in Hawaii since 1994. Licensed since 2002, she has spent 24 years working directly in the Hawaii real estate market.

Beyond brokering transactions, Leana is an active investor herself — having personally purchased and held property in Hawaii. This dual perspective, as both a licensed broker and a hands-on investor, allows her to help clients evaluate not just what's available, but whether a given structure actually holds up over time.

KAIVE Group serves a broad client base spanning Korea, the Korean-American community on the U.S. mainland, and Hawaii's local Korean population. For clients based internationally or out of state, Leana provides guidance grounded in real numbers and real cases — covering FIRPTA and HARPTA withholding, foreign national loan structures, 1031 Exchange tax deferral, and new development investment opportunities.

Leana is a licensed Realtor, not a CPA or attorney. She can walk clients through the basics of FIRPTA and HARPTA, but all final tax and legal decisions should be confirmed with a qualified professional.
